Will Wilson starts by rolling with Nolan, narrating the round and sharing his thoughts on positioning, passing and a few details he picked up along the way. Nolan then rolls with one of Carlson Gracie South Bay's black belts, providing his own commentary and insight into his approach during live training.
Throughout the session, Will gets additional rounds in with members of the Brea Jiu-Jitsu crew while the group shares techniques and different approaches to familiar positions. The video covers lasso guard passing, D'Arce choke details and deep half guard sweeps, giving viewers a look at how experienced practitioners exchange ideas and learn from one another.
Things also get competitive when the group places a friendly bet on landing a specific submission, leading to a few more rounds and a double-or-nothing challenge.
